In high school I went from the fat kid, to the cut kid thanks to football and wrestling intense workouts, but after high school I put on tons of weight. I began lifting again to change this.
Why I Love It:
I compete nationally in Judo and the strength and conditioning of working out has improved my fighting tremendously. I also love the changes you see in physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friend help and seeing results.

I want to cut fat, gain strength, and tone my body.
Goal (Long):
Since leaving high shcool I have let my body go and have gained TONS of weight. I not only want to get back to the BF% and strength I was/had then, but I want to surpass it greatly. I am going to cut caloric intake to 1500/day. I want to increase Bench to 300+ and dumbell incline to 120+ by the end of August.
I am done with 11-OXO and moving on to 6-OXO. 11-OXO did nothing for me. It is probably just because of my body weight. It is way to expensive when you can get better results for less money. I have a pretty awesome new stack lined up after I take time off before starting my next cycle.
