When I Started: Oct, 2005
How I Started: I was the art/nerd/some sports kid back in a day. When i was 21 or so, i weighed myself and I was 230lbs!!!
all this time i was just sittin' in my ass doing my job. I am an artist and that was great but just sittin' there day after day painting and drawing and making models for diffrent companies. I just ate All kinds of foods out there!
everthing was in my sm frige next to my drafting/art table, i drank it and ate it! I realized that I created beautiful words of art and then the clients saw me, you can just see it in their eyes without saying a word, "Wow! That made this?" Yeah is was like a huge SLAP in the face to me to see that LOOK from them, they didn't say it out loud but some of you may understand how that feels. I really a passion for warfare and weapons from the dark ages and classical age so i learned how to make them. Then in the throughs of that time, I remembered a movie that changed my life and my outlook on it! That movie was CONAN THE BARBARIAN!!!
I was always into Conan before that havin' 2 brothers that collected the awesome comic books. I got into every issue and started my road down SAVAGE art! I looked at myself and saw this FAT sorry looking artist. The term "starving artist" did not apply to me at all!!
I started to lift quietly in the back so my brothers could not see me to make fun of me to no end. I started to find these issues of Muscle and Fitness at stores and read then at the store itself. I would not buy it because my family did not have much in money and i had nothing. But I got myself a little informed about the world of bodybuilding and then my own journey like Conan, down that path to better myself. more later....
Why I Love It: i don't know but when I workotut, i get rid of all things in my head that bother me and i remember that I AM the temple for the Holy Spirit. and i want to build a HUGE one for Him, hence the name "MyTemple"
How I Stay Motivated: seeing the pump in my body!!

I stay motivated by knowin' that i am the only one of me on this earth and i'm going to make a difference in some one's life for the better.
My Saviour, Yeshua, did this in only 3 years and He changed the world.
BB Accomplishments: lost over.....i lost weight!!!!
i was 320lbs years ago, but now i'm 195lbs!! with 17inch arms.
NOW 18 FREAKIN' INCHES!!!!

thanks man...and they definetly didn't come easily, the bball definetly helped but they really started to show up once i really really refined my diet...and my ab routine can be a lil ridiculous...intensity and diet are key.

Wow, that's awesome! I have a fetish for ancient ballistic weaponry, and would would day love to take on the task of building a smaller-sized Onager or maybe even a nice Ballista. Sounds like you have a lot of fun making weapons, keep up the good work!
