Overall Goal: My short term goals are to reach my desired weight and body fat percentage. I want to get down to 114 lbs. and 13% body fat by October 1st.
Fit Status:
Starting this upcoming week cardio 5 days week, strenth training 2 days a week, yoga once a week and ab crunches every night
I had gained alot of weight in one year and was up to 151 lbs. I wanted to get into modeling so i hired a personal trainer and started working out and dieting.
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress and makes me feel like i'm accomplishing something.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep motivated by knowing in my industry you have to keep fit and work out.
BB Accomplishments:
My accomplishments so far is obtaining modeling jobs from being in shape. However, my ultimate goal is to get into fitness modeling (i.e. fitness magazines). Im not at my goal muscle definition, but working on it.

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is to get into fitness modeling. I would love to get into a fitness magazine, so with the help of my trainer, we're working on trying to get me there. I'm also trying to tone up more, especially my abs. My goal is to lose 2 inches off my stomach area. I would have to say that is probably the hardest area to tone up, as a woman.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I would say Jessica Alba, because she's really toned, skinny but not too skinny and yet curvy. Plus she's my height so i can actually work towards that maybe;))

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
15-25, for toning and 8-12 for building because i listen to my trainer.;))
