Hey all,

This week I am going to change my diet. I found a fatburning diet, I am going to try this for one week. Then try another fat burning diet i found. After that I plan on mixing the 2 together.

doing good steph..made it over a week on my diet..and getting cardio in every day..need to spend more time on it..but i am just glad i am still doing something..have finally seen the scale move down in weeks..how u doing??
