How I Started:
Leading a life with low self esteem and self image, i resorted to the gym to take away the stress that i was incurring on a daily basis. The time spent at the gym, was like time spent meditating. But i kept falling in and out of workout programs. Days went by. The days became weeks, weeks became months and before you know it i was approaching my 23rd birthday; and i am at the worst shape of my life. The girl whom i dearly loved turned me down for another guy (not the first time for me). I can't really remember the last good thing i did for my self. I have no social life, my love life is non existent, my self esteem is down, my self image is tarnished, my body is full of fat, my appearance is weak and old school, and my financial situation is in shambles. My life is a mess. But i intend on fighting for it. It's my life and i deserve a good one. So does everyone else. I'm going to make a change, physically and mentally. I'm going to get my life back, and I'm going to win.
Alright...my immediate goals are to get ripped and become strong. Yes, you heard me; i'm going to follow a strict 12 week cardio intensive(customized) program to blast that fat and get into shape.

WEEK 5 - 12 : Use fat burner / Higher Reps...
