Shed my body fat while building muscle mass and tone at the same time.
Goal (Long):
All of my younger years i have always been the heavy, funny, friend that everyone has. I try to not let anything get to me. Im probably the most easy-going person i know but if one thing really bothers me is when people call me fat. So, i dont want people to call me fat anymore. After i meet my goals hopefully people will look at me and be impressed with both my personality any my body. I would love to lose most of my bodyfat and get good muscle definition. A good diet and workout is key. Being able to go somewhere around people and show off my body with confidence would mean the world to me. Overall its to get myself back on track. Mentally and physically.

Hi there, good luck for your goals! It'll be hard at the beginning but then you'll be verysatisfied. try to fix a good program but if in the past you had some difficulties to train for more than a month try to not exagerate on the beginning, do progressive training; do not start by doin' exercices every day, 'cause then in a month you'll be bored of. But start with 3 times per week and do it regular in the times...! byez.
