Last Jan. was a huge wake up call. I saw a pic my niece took at Christmas and I looked like a different person. After alot of work I am down almost 30lbs and feel better than I have in a long time. I still have a way to go but I'll get there.
Why I Love It:
I feel better and my the idea of shopping for smaller clothes is awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Started helping a friend train. Trying to keep him on track has helped me to be sure I am at my best all the time. I want to be a good example!

I wish someone had told me that my gut was hanging out!
I dropped about 5lbs of water weight before we left, so I look pretty tight all over.
Yay Me!!
Walking down the road less traveled has allowed me more time to take in the scenery and smell the roses. I thank God for all I have been through and all that is yet to come.
So after a long hiatus, I am happy to report that my nephew has been released from the hospital. After 9 months, 5 major sugeries (2 open heart) and countless close calls, the little guy has spent his first week home without any serious problems. With any luck this will continue and he will see...
I see it has and I'm proud of you for keeping your head up high. Now remember, it doesn't matter what the score of a game is until your ahead at the last second.
