when my friends invite me to join a gym and see their improvements and transform their body that makes me inspire to work out..
Why I Love It:

when i see improvements in the mirror and my friends praise it..and iam motivated bcuz of my idol male models and want to have body alike to them.

i see that you're using elastic bands.. i think that will just get your muscles toned.. but if you're planning to gain some mass.. hit the gym.. you need heavier weights...

Hey thanks man... I've never used an elastic band, but whatever for ya and it's good to try new things.. With hard work and dedication you'll be looking like bruce lee in no time ;)

Ah I'm sorry to hear that my family in Manila got hit pretty hard. Nature can be so brutal... It's good your doing what ya can doing a lot of push ups and pull ups and just stuff with your body weight is actually really good for ya.. I've been pretty busy so I only get to the gym maybe twice a week, but i'm just trying to maintain right now..

ayos naman, kagagaling lang magkasakit at mag board exams.. hayz,, 2 weeks off ako sa gym,,, kala ko pumayat ako.. nag stay lng pala weight ko.. pero feel ko lumiit arms ko.. aun,, sa monday back to gym ulit..
