Actually, I find a woman's core inspiring. It makes me wanna drop what I'm doing and go work! Plus my beautiful wife is a CPT which makes life easier for the both of us, esp. when it comes to what type of food is brought into the house.

Hey RC, good to hear from you! I've actually been really sick for the last 6 weeks or so. I'm still recovering from my Brochitis and last week my doc diagnosed me sinuitis (sinus infection). So it really sucks on my part. Still working alot and trying to rest as much as possible. Miss the gym alot. I haven't been here because I'm so tired when I get home. Hope you're doing well. HEY dude i am fine training with my super friend... and she is supurbly helping me along the right way.
i have to see a endochronologist (shti a big word) next week to help me with my hormones and stuff to get that right so i dont gym and stand still... tash and i have big plans for me by NOVEMBER... next year i dont show cats no more I SHOW MYSELF!!!! HEEE HAAA
