How I Started:
i'm deciding i need to take control back of my life. i had a got pregant at 18 and went from 160 to 300+ (mostly just using food to make me feel better) and am now a single mom. now that i'm finally stable with money, career, and school and is able to take care of my 5 yr son i figure it is time for me to take care of me. i feel now that i have some control of my life.

How I Stay Motivated:
just knowing i'm investing in my health and the longtivty of my life is enough for me.
not lose weight in the scale department but i have to fair and have not been eating clean as well either and cardio has taken a back sit. i'm just loving my stability ball and total gym but i'm have an event coming up in 12 weeks and would like to be down a dress size if i an help it so diet is gett ...

You are on your way. Both my wife (her bodyspace name is judimax) and I were there and used Body for Life, which is a 12-week program, to get our good results. It is not going to be easy but at the same time it is not going to be so hard that you won’t be able to accomplish your goals.
