When I Started:
Feb, 2004
How I Started:
I began working out after I graduated high school back in 2003.
Why I Love It:
It's a BIG stress reliever for me. It enables me to tune out all of the unecessary and focus on me for two solid hours. In the end, I love the product!
How I Stay Motivated:
Magazines, books, looking at models in pics (lol)! I've found out that having someone with the same goals as you increases your level of motivation for success!
BB Accomplishments:
I would honestly say that I have not completely accomplished anything with my workout just yet. Other than the decreases of size and inches (waist), there are no other significant changes.

TRAINING IS GOING GOOD SO FAR BRUH. I'M MORE DEVOTED TO WORKING HARD FOR RESULTS THEN I EVER BEEN. I EVEN FOUND A PERSONAL TRAINER THAT WILL WORK WITH ME FOR FREE.. SO I'LL START THAT NEXT WEEK. HOW'S YOUR TRAINING COMING ALONG? ANY NEW PICS?
hey man, sorry it's taken so long to reply, i was out of town for a couple of weeks. I'm doing great man. Basically for slimming down I started eating better and added some cardio to my workouts. If you want more detail, you can check out my "inconceivable" blog. You got any more questions, just holla at me.
Nice profile, you seem very dedicated to achieving your goals. From the looks of things you have quite the body to start with. I am sure you build quite the physique in a short amount of time.
Oh that's what's up?!?! My Godmother lives there and I remember spending summers in Marietta and Decatur. I am from South East DC. I am pretty sure that you have heard about that side of the city but like you say...it has a lot more to offer than the obvious, ya dig? How's the workouts coming along? I am doing something really right with this new plan I am on because I am sore as I type this lol.
for me when i do squats, when my legs are below 90 degrees (position), i know i will feel every little muscle, I do a lot of deep squats. anyway here it is, have a good week bro
and when you do your legs, there is a moment (when you are training) where your legs are weaker, thats the part you need to let it hurt, wait, go slower, last the pain a bit more and you will see more results.
well for my legs I always, traine them will good form, a lots of negative, good momentum kinda. full movement. Check my body blogs, first you need to know your body, you should always made them hurt, it shouldn't be easy.
LOL! Yeah, the Shitty kitty is out of Japan for good! The GW from Norfolk is headed out here now and that is supposed to be worse. Who knows??? Japan is a great place to visit or live in...but not in the Navy. I would luv to come back here as a civilian and chill with the folk I know. Are you from Murland? Haha, that's how we pronounce it being as I'm from DC.
By the way, I was/am so unorthodox with my training that my routine is no routine! I am drafting up a plan of attack with my weight training, though. That seems to be the area that I need the most grip on for some form of consistency because usually when I go in the gym I know what body part (s) I am going to work on but I switch up the exercises just about every time. I am all about repping out vs. maxing out.
