How I Started:
It all started after a knee injury, I was laid up for months. When I could finally walk again I went from weighting 173 to 210! All fat! Went on a strict water diet and lost the weight fast. From that point on I told myself never again.
Why I Love It:
It feels so good. And it's good for you. Nothing feels better than the burn from a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I push myself, I don't use a gym, although I probably should. And I look at pictures on bodyspace, that' my motivation.
