I feel like a bus hit me today.. yesterday I did nothing! I rested all day hoping today I would get up and get going again but I don't see that happening. I have so much to do but my body just doesn't want to move. I am definately having a mind/body disconnect. Hope I feel better tomorrow :)

my first week had lots of up and downs to say the least. I started out full of energy and full on, 110% workouts with power, then by mid week I started to slow down. I am starting to catch the cold that is going around. This really plays on the mind when it comes to weight loss. When I don't feel good I notice that I turn to food to "comfort" me. tomorrow is my first weighin since joining the challenge. I plan on only weighing myself every Saturday morning since it can become very depressing weighing daily. It really is a mind game. I know from the past that the scales does not reflect the changes that are happening to my body but it is so motivation to see that darn number move in the direction you want. Well I am halfway through my first week of the 12 week challenge and the only word to describe it is... a challenge. At first I was all excited and made all my meals in advance so i would not have to worry about eating unclean foods. I hit the gym every morning and train like its nobody's business LOL. yesterday I was tired and felt like I was coming down with something.
