Bicep is still extremely sore from tear, training as heavy as a can without re-injuring it.

Just started my bulk phase, need to put on at least 25lbs. before I start to diet for show in May.

Five weeks out today! Full-Throttle with diet, cardio, and weights!

Weight is not coming off and hunger is increasing rapidly. Appetite increase is probably due to the increase in cardio
