That is great hear! Since I have been on Keto I have lost a total of 35lbs and 33 inches from my body! I am pretty excited about that. My husband and I got a membership at our local gym here and we have been going every night. It has been great for me because I can get cardio in...very important for me.

Doing pretty good! How about you?! I weighed myself early (which I try not to do). but saw that I have lost another 2 lbs since Thursday, so I am excited. Not been working out as much as I should, but getting back on track. Hope everything is going with you.

Oh ya ya...I have one of those...I got it from here. It is a wheel with handles on the side! LMAO...It is blue and black...HAHAHA....I can't hardly do that exercise! More power to you!

Hey girl! I workout every other day (weights). 5 days a week I do core exercises and cardio. I did that yesterday, today I work out. Diet is alright, not much feeling like eating heavy foods (meat and cooked/fried) so carbs are little high due to what I am eating. but all is good though! What about you?
