My last few months as a carpenter, I started putting on a lot of weight. I actually went from 170 in 2007, to 185 in a year... now (03/03/09)I am up in the high 190's, so now I am trying to sort out what is good weight and take off the bad.
Why I Love It:
I like knowing that I am getting healthier, and stronger
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the Mirror when I return home from the gym, realizing there is much more room for improvement. Seeing my profile picture, and realizing that it is possible. Also, everyone on this site helps motivate me... Such determination and drive from all of you... I definitely feed off of that.
I would like to at least have the body of a fitness model;)
Goal (Long):
I am hoping to just become stronger and defined. I want to lose fat and gain muscle. I am not sure how much I want to lose/gain, I will know when I get there.
So the week after next I will be heading to Puerta Vallarta for almost 2 weeks to a resort. This will be my first real vacation in almost a decade. I'm not saying this to brag (well maybe a little) but my main concern is what is going to happen while I am on vacation, at a resort, in regards to...
I have not honestly. I wasnt so impressed with their product..I am changing to Cellulor soon. Talk to Steven Poynter about it. HE is a great fitness coach.
