The belly and love handles are my biggest challenge. Then the thighs. I've come a long ways from 186 lbs. A few more pounds and I'll have lost 60! It certainly is not easy at almost 48 but I wouldn't accept people telling me to forget it, you never get rid of that mommy belly. It's slowly shrinking and I will unveil my new 6pk someday. So just keep at it, and no matter how many steps you go backwards, just keep pushing forward. You will get there..... it is possible!

I love the beachbody products. They are fabulous. You will get a good workout. The best thing for sore parts is to work them again. I know its torture but it is well worth it.
