Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want my body lean and toned. I want to see some muscles.
Goal (Long): I have been fat for too long. Its time to show all those naysayers it can be done. Taking 3 months (12 weeks) to focus and get my body in shape. Want to lose 25lbs and tone.

I am back on track as of today and my goal is to stick to this for 12 weeks and hoping to see 125lbs. Not sure of my present weight but my goal is to be as cheat free as possible and to see some progress on my tummy area. Will post some pictures tonight.

The belly and love handles are my biggest challenge. Then the thighs. I've come a long ways from 186 lbs. A few more pounds and I'll have lost 60! It certainly is not easy at almost 48 but I wouldn't accept people telling me to forget it, you never get rid of that mommy belly. It's slowly shrinking and I will unveil my new 6pk someday. So just keep at it, and no matter how many steps you go backwards, just keep pushing forward. You will get there..... it is possible!

I love the beachbody products. They are fabulous. You will get a good workout. The best thing for sore parts is to work them again. I know its torture but it is well worth it.
