How I Started:
I not really start a bodybuilding work already, im trying to lose fat... i bought a bike for spinning, right now im lossing weight, but i start time ago making ABS, Biceps and Triceps... i dont long last... and right now im trying to get my normal body weight to start with a full BodyBuilding Diet & Workout...
Why I Love It:
Because i think that build ur body is a great work, u need alot of exerzise and a diet, and the results are great, i dont wanna be fat... i wanna have my body build, i dont know how to describe why i love BodyBuilding work out, only that i love it...
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont have real motivation, but i try to think in arnold schwarzenegger, jhon cena, batista, eddie guerrero (rest in peace), thats part of my motivation, but my motivation is my own body, that i wanna body build as i want...

Goal (Long):
My first goal is to lose fat... right now i have a simple diet:
-Breakfast: a plate of cereal
-Lunch #1: Two Tuna Sandwich
-(sometimes)Lunch #2: Chiken
-Dinner: A Fruit Bar W/a fruit juice
And i have a spinning training with ABS and forearm training
My Second goal its to gain muscle...
Im gone do that with a Mini Gym, to work Biceps, Triceps, Forearm, Chest, Shoulders, Traps, Neck, ABS, Middle Back, Lower Back, and Lats...
i dont have already a diet for my second goal...
My Last goal is Body Build all my body by entering a Gym...
