i was always uncomfertable with my body and i always thought somone was talking about me because how fat i was, i wanted a change, so i started working out and eating right, i then got really addicted. so i started setting goals for myself and so far ive reached them all, on time! i wanna be FIT!! i wanna be 140 pounds and shredded with mean muscle!

no soda, bread, cofee, all i drink is water!

Hey hon. I'm doing ok. I went to the gym with a friend yesterday. He dared me to do one his cardio workouts. (He's one of those skinny all cardio guys. Lol ) It was fun but I'm stiil so sore.Lol. excellent. I know what you mean about the diet. it gets tough. b4 the plan i'm on, i read A LOT of things so i could vary the meals but stay within healthy. lots of homeade salsa works for me. it's healthy and you can't go wrong!!

Being restricted to light weights and a ton of cardio during my rehab really took a toll on me. It made me too small I think. Anyway, so how have you been? Have you been to the beach lately? :+)

Hey KT :+) Honestly, I'm pretty beat up. Work has been hectic. And I'm fustrated with my training right now. I'm having the toughest time reaching the 20 inch mark on my arms. Everything else is on point. But for some reason thats been my biggest struggle. But hearing from you always cheers me up :+) I was recently in Cali over the weekend. I was in Palm springs visiting my mom for mothers day. It was nice. How are you doing Hon? How is everything? Good I hope?
