Goal (Short): i want to weigh 135 and be totally toned i want all muscle no fat!!
Goal (Long): i was always uncomfertable with my body and i always thought somone was talking about me because how fat i was, i wanted a change, so i started working out and eating right, i then got really addicted. so i started setting goals for myself and so far ive reached them all, on time! i wanna be FIT!! i wanna be 140 pounds and shredded with mean muscle!

i eat really clean!

no soda, bread, cofee, all i drink is water!

Workout Program:
I just joined a new gym out here in huntington beach!

i go at 11:00
i do 45 mins cardio on the tredmill usally at incline 6 and speed 3.8

i then do 30 mins weights.

I go once a day and try to go as much as i can! i love it!

Its hard to say no to all of that huh? I say that our culture(assuming that you are latina/mexicana) includes a lot of food that is not the best for you!! If you are selective you can do it!! but when you are raised on tamales, enchiladas and fried everything!! Sometimes you just want chicharrones y carnitas.

loving food right now hardcore huh? lol in my dreams!! I get excited when I get to eat a protein bar...thats about the extent of loving food! hah I think I might binge a little on thanksgiving though...(turkey is such a great protein source right? ;) lol)
