i was always uncomfertable with my body and i always thought somone was talking about me because how fat i was, i wanted a change, so i started working out and eating right, i then got really addicted. so i started setting goals for myself and so far ive reached them all, on time! i wanna be FIT!! i wanna be 140 pounds and shredded with mean muscle!

i eat really clean!

no soda, bread, cofee, all i drink is water!
i do have a cup of 100 percent juice about once a week, if that.

Hi KT :) I'm doing pretty good hun. My powerlifting and stability workouts are on point. I'm currently going through my cutting phase to shred more BF. Its kind of a pain (as I'm sure you know) lol. No apetite, light lifting, and a ton of cardio. Ughhhh! :) And for some reason I have been having trouble sleeping. Its like by the time I fall asleep its time to go to work :( Does that happen to you? How is your week going :)

Hey hon. I'm doing ok. I went to the gym with a friend yesterday. He dared me to do one his cardio workouts. (He's one of those skinny all cardio guys. Lol ) It was fun but I'm stiil so sore.Lol. I just been sleeping most of the day. Your in San Diego? Nice!! :+) I can only imagine the craziness you could get into at that party. Lol. Hope your having fun KT :+)
