high school sports.
but got more interested senior yr. (2005- working out)
Why I Love It:
Helps to keep me sane. I love the pain, I love the feel of strength and power, coming from nothing but me. Not from a machine, no motor, just me. The sweat, the pump, the occasional blood, the grunt, the heart rate, the intensity. It's a great feeling. You get to release all your pain, all your anger. And the best part... everyone gets to see your results from the hard work, we enjoy putting into it everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
EVERYONE that has ever supported me. It's just a totally different feeling, that feeling makes me want to be there. I tell myself everyday, I have something to prove. I want to inspire people to do great things.
Some things have happened to me, and i have to bounce back. I have a new motivation, and regained a positive outlook. Someone helped me remember where i stand, helped me realize i needed to get back on track. Thanks goes out to her. I wont let you down. She knows exactly who I'm talking to.
Everyone has to find an inspiration. No matter where it comes from... it may change everyday.
BB Accomplishments:
none yet. I have let too many things get in my way... Time, for a new beginning, with an old friend.
Let's get serious.
I would like to gain atleast 10 lbs... lean! 20 if possible, but i know that takes a time.
Increase strength.I am more than willing to listen to others input on, physique, and definately tips on packin on solid size, and of course the fastest way to do it. workout tips are great, im always lookin for a new way to add the muscle. I stay fairly lean, and see gains, but im just still not where i want to be.
Looks like you're doing excellent, just in a lighter weight. You'll look awesome carrying 230lbs of muscle; your body structure can handle that and more.
I'm doing fine, still trying to get to the magic number...240lbs! Take care bud!
ah man hope everything is ok over there. but i know how that goes when either injuries or life gets in the way of the workouts. no need to explain. training is going great so far. started to lean out and seeing some progress there but still trying to maintain the mass ive put on. we'll see how that goes! you look solid in the avi. i'd like to look like that.
