How I Started:
I started getting fat, so enrolled in a one semester weight training class for a college unit. I enjoyed it, but procrastinated for years before purchasing a membership at 24hr fitness. While I was sitting around only thinking about working out, I watched others transform over the years. That be the story!
Why I Love It:
It's a rush! The pumped swollen muscles give me a taste of progress. I can look like this all the time if I keep at it. I also stand up taller and feel better the next day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror frequently.

July 22, 2007. Here is my beginners six month routine... I will be performing these exercises three times a week with atleast one day rest in between workouts. I chose this routine from bodybuilding.com. It is intended for beginners and should build some bulk/strength in my major muscle groups....
