You know, recently I have found that adding a small amount of carbs and sugar. (While being smart about it of course) as been helping my performance increase strict Paleo makes my progress stall. Just my observation.

I would like it by March but that is kind of optimistic for a 75lb progression. So I will thrilled if it is within six months.

Thanks! My goal is a 350. I have been throwing heavy deadlifts and squats in before my WOD's. I bought a copy of Starting Strength. Best $20 I ever spent.

Ran the PRT this morning and set a personal record. Went from 13:30 run time to 09:38 in a year.

There are a few of us here. Checkout my Workout tracker, I just use the "Notes" section to record the time or rounds and put the exercises in normally. There are a lot of exercises I have to type in manually though.
