I have always been overly skinny. I got tired of it and decided to do something about it in the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump, the feeling of exhillerence once I am finished with a workout, and the looks that I get from people.
How I Stay Motivated:
My sons looking at me as if I am a superhero and the biggest guy in the world with the biggest muscles. "Daddy, you have huge muscles!" Nothing more motivating than that.
I want to add size to my chest and legs and win a competition!!!
Goal (Long):
I know why I placed so low int the last competition. I lost my focus. Not this time! I have added tons of size all winter and am coming out huge and shredded this summer!!!

Sorry just got your message. I've been lifting at ~3pm every day which is right after my last class. Next semester I'll be lifting at rolfs at 3pm MWF and 5pm tuesday thursday and 2pm sunday.
thanks very much man seriously! and i'm trying to eat more than i can. bout 4 meals day at the D-fac and a couple protein shakes a day. my main problem with gaining right now i don't think is eating, i think its all this training for PT tests. Cardio keeps jacking up my mass gaining schedule i was really getting into at the gym. but as soon as this next PT tests over i'm gonna do some work
I didn't place... I was nervous and have some areas to work on. my boyfriend did well though. he placed 3rd in his Novice class and 2nd in the open class. So for next year I am "out for blood" and I am going to comeback kickin ass and taking names. When r u going to compete again?
