Background
It all started back in 1987 when my mom bought me a Hulkamania Workout Set for Christmas. I hung up the workout poster, put on the Hulkster headband, and start pumping iron. I did not get big but I had a lot of fun. Many years later in 2010 I was watching I Am Legend with Will Smith on DVD and throughout the movie all I could notice was how big he was. I grew up watching Will Smith music videos to his television debut on Fresh Prince of Bel Air and beyond. He was a some what tall skinny guy that I could relate to but on I AM Legend his arms looked MASSIVE! He brought back that Christmas day motivation from my childhood that made me want to be big. Will Smith made me believe again. So I started reading muscle magazines which lead me to bodybuilding.com where I saw the $100,000 transformation challenge, so I decided to go for it. I decidied to gain serious mass.
I love the feeling I get after a great workout and I love the results that are possible when you workout consistently.

- Core Exercise Each Day -
Mon - Dips/ DB Curl
Tues - Squats/Leg Press
Thursday - Bench and Partial Bench (Heavy)
Friday - Deadlift and Wide Grip Chin Ups
I use mostly 3 sets of 10 and 4 sets of the core deadlift, squat, bench, leg press type exercises.
I lift in the Afternoon around 4-6pm and I stretch with a rope before I lift. I bought the rope at lowes. Its a thick rope you can put under your feet and lift your legs up with. I will post a video showing it in the future.
I rest about 1-2 minutes between sets and about 5 minutes between exercises.
I change up the exercises every 4 weeks to keep things fresh and interesting.
