Good to hear from ya pal, Huntin is almost over but not quite. I get some real good cardio during hunting so it's not all bad. But its definately time to get back under the iron. How bout you, how goes everything

work is only about 2.5 hrs from home but we work such long days that we just stay in a man camp over there. I'll get back after it pretty soon though, It's huntin season so my priorities are a little out of line. thanks for the response

I'm doin pretty good, thanks for the message bud. I'm at work two weeks on and two weeks off. I'm not at home during my two weeks on so i don't have computer access. plus when i get home i have a lot of stuff to catch up on from bein gone so long but i will keep in touch every chance i get. good to hear from ya and i'm glad youre still excited about your progress, my motivation kinda took a fall for a while there but i'm workin on that keep up the good work.

ya know i'm barely holdin steady right now, i had a hard time stayin on my program between work and being really busy but i;m about back on track so hopefully more results are on the way. keep keep up the hard work pal. i know it will pay off for ya.

congrats pal, there is definately some differences. you're getting more size and some definition as well. I suggest you put some pics up in the progress pic portion of your page for motivation it always helps remind me what i'm workin for.
