Try upping your protein intake throughout the day and your carbs to, especially within 45 minutes after your workout. Watch eating a lot of carbs just before bed though, you might put on some weight that your not looking for. Ya i'm still workin in tThe same place. I am starting to figure out how to keep liftin while i'm out there though, the toughest part is stickin to a diet when our meals are provided.Thanks for the encouragement though pal.

Good to hear from ya pal, Huntin is almost over but not quite. I get some real good cardio during hunting so it's not all bad. But its definately time to get back under the iron. How bout you, how goes everything
work is only about 2.5 hrs from home but we work such long days that we just stay in a man camp over there. I'll get back after it pretty soon though, It's huntin season so my priorities are a little out of line. thanks for the response
I'm doin pretty good, thanks for the message bud. I'm at work two weeks on and two weeks off. I'm not at home during my two weeks on so i don't have computer access. plus when i get home i have a lot of stuff to catch up on from bein gone so long but i will keep in touch every chance i get. good to hear from ya and i'm glad youre still excited about your progress, my motivation kinda took a fall for a while there but i'm workin on that keep up the good work.
