How I Started:
I was really fat and lazy. I started working out to loose fat and get healthier. I was hooked after I started seeing results.
Why I Love It:
Its a good stress reliever, personal challenge, and fun to set and reach new personal goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thats been somewhat of a problem lately. Its hard to stay motivated. I always read the articles here and on t-nation, west-side barbell.

My best shape = 185lbs. @ 9%

I had the chance to lift with a partner today so I had good motivation. We did rack pulls for heavy triples, then cable pull-thrus, finished off flipping a 600lb tire (could only get these for singles) but we got 5 reps each. Im sure ill feel it tomorrow.
