Hey good to hear from you! No competitions yet. I just don't have the money for it, it's expensive!! Training is going well. My body has been putting on muscle well recently, which is nice! And now just trying a really slow approach at cutting off the body fat and it's been working well.

doing ok. Training & diet are holding on with a string. Put on a few too many KG's then managed to loose them and up.. bit of a yo yo but managing to hold in there.
