I have surpassed my goals so far. I started my precontest diet and trainning a few weeks earlier than i planned.

I have dropped nearly 20 pounds. I feel great but still have some bodyfat to drop. Starting my precontest diet ion January 1.

I dropped 15 pounds and the body fat is dropping at slow rate at which thats they way i want it. I will make my goal by Jan>

Trainning hard and lower bodyfat. Trying to get to 10 to 12% body fat by Jan.

Taking a few extra days off and on Oct. 1 i am going to start cutting some weight and lowwer BF%

Gonna keep bulking up till October and start cutting a bit then. Hope to get some more size in my legs in this time!

After battling an illness for a week. I am finally back in the gym and it felt awsome!

I will be down for a few days. My diverticulits is flared up and i am in major pain.
