In my earlier days i was a competitive bodybuilder. I gave it all up to do the family thing. I started back up in 2002 and i hope to compete next year in the Masters division. I havnt competed in nearly 20 years.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me fit and looking young. I love how my body feels when its pump full of blood and it feels like your skin is going to rip open.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look and think of my father because he weighs almost 500 pounds and i never want to look like that in my life.
BB Accomplishments:
I really have none at this point. I did finish 3rd place in my class in Mr. Dayton in 1989.

Goal (Long):
I want to compete in the masters division of body building. I want to compete at around 240 or 250 pounds. It would be nice if i could compete in the open division as well. I have the size to compete in both but i really need to cut up more. My minds is set on it and i would do it no matter who or what stands in my way.
thanks for befriending me! my goal here is to lose 40lbs of pregnancy weight and then an extra 10lbs. so 50 in total. im 170! ha. any tips? im new to all of this.. i was "alright" before.
Well when we get older (cough, cough) we have to approach things a little differently, not necessarily in cautious mode, but differently... and BTW is 1969 is your bd you still got a few years to go to catch up... lol
Hey thanks man! Thats real good you cut 20lbs. Yeah its easier to get an injury when your dieting hard and depleeting your body. I have to go with more machine work and lighter weight when I go into precontest training.
