Started going to Paragon-EP daily last Feb in between classes with a friend from work...Addicted to it ever since!
Why I Love It:
Working out is a form of therapy for me. When I work out, I'm in a zone and getting healthy. I always leave the gym feeling great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Wearing tight clothes..haha jk Usually talk to and stay updated with friends who also work out. Read magazines. And the most important, logging on to bodybuilding.com and seeing all the progress some of these females have done. Their transformations are so motivating. Gotta live that healthy life!

My daughter eats healthy and likes to stay fit. She sees a mommy that she can run around the park with and keep up with all her energy. Love it!

Hey girl. I know what u mean...progress has been slow for me too. Thinking about changing priorities and just try to lean out for the summer and then go back to bulk phase in the fall. Been doing lots of cardio. You're lookin' good though.

i need to start hitting the rack early, im up at night being nosy, thinking im gonna miss something, b/c i get home at 8pm almost everynight fromt the gym, 3 by 50 w moderate weight will shred your legs in no time, try it at least once, to see what i mean
