I started my 12 week transformation a week ago now so far i have done 3 training sessions in the gym as instructed. i found the chest and triceps workout was hard also the shoulder and legs not so much the back but probably because my technique and the weight i was using was not 100% correct.
Im gaining about 3lbs a mo muscle maybe a little fat not much. Right now im working out using the HST program. Eating 6 times a day 40/40 protein/carbs each meal and taking syntha-6 2x, and creatine. Should be 200 by next june. hope this helps

till now u r going on fine, just eat clean foods, no junk foods, and try to take as much protiens as u can , milk , eggs white,,,chicken , fish, meat ...whatever u get eat and do proper exercise, u wil gain weight, u got nice height at the age of 17 ,,,,nice so far,,,keep it would b nice to c u , heavy and muscular....
