this was taken on 23-10-2004. as you can see i wasnt much bulky and my weight at that time was between 190 to 200 pounds. i was 17 years old and i trained with my own weights which i had at home. i only knew about some few exercises and i did it in a sloppy way.

Standing at 261lbs at this stage. It was taken right after my workout where i was fully pump. however, there's still much to be done and work on. shoulders and upper chest needs more work.

this next picture was taken on 13-01-2005. i added 30 pounds from my latest picture. my muscles began to grow as i did proper exercises n dieting.

this was taken not too long ago. i was about 235 pounds. i didnt wanna cut just yet because i wanted to gain more before i began cutting.

this is my latest picture taken. i am standing between 250-260 pounds. my arms has gone from 19 to 20inches. ive gained more muscles and also strength. i am still bulking up to 300 pounds before i begin cutting.

my latest picture so far at 258lbs arms around 19inches. still a lot to be done at this stage especially the arms. i will continue bulking this year until i reach about 290 0r 300lbs :D
