i started at age 13 when i notice that i was the smallest among my rugby team mates in south africa. i was like a shrimp and i was tired getting tackled all the time so i decided to join a gym. at that time ive no knowledge about lifting and dieting what so ever, all i did was go to the gym..lift as heavy as i possibly can n spent like 5 hours doing it. hahahahahah i know its messed up but as i grew older i began to know what was the right way and whats the wrong way

this was taken on 23-10-2004. as you can see i wasnt much bulky and my weight at that time was between 190 to 200 pounds. i was 17 years old and i trained with my own weights which i had at home. i only knew about some few exercises and i did it in a sloppy way.
Standing at 261lbs at this stage. It was taken right after my workout where i was fully pump. however, there's still much to be done and work on. shoulders and upper chest needs more work.

Thanks. Nothing serious. Just a "procedure" to correct a tendon problem. But I have to stay clear of some arm and upper body work for a week or two. Ugh!
My weight is holding at 211, about where I want it, but I have to take some time off any lifting involving the arms after some minor hand surgery. So, I'll just hit the legs and abs for the next couple of weeks.
I eat as much meat as I can, usually chicken or beef. I try to get at least 200 grams of protein one way or another. You will need a bit more than that because you are bigger. You have to feed those muscles to make them grow huge.
I've been easing back into it, to baby the back a little while it heals up. But tomorrow I'm planning to hit arms hard and start getting them to respond and grow. I'll post new pics as soon as I see some progress. Thanks.
