What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
careless or try to lift too much
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Anything behind the neck because the cost/benifit ratio is too big bad for your shoulders not much if at all better than the infront exercises dont know why people bother
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
i have bad shoulders its an ongoing thing i just avoid high risk exercises and work through it
