I'm changing my lifting scuedeual, I will be doing squats on mon, bench press on wed, and deadlifts on fri. This will hopefully allow me to make some gains in lean mass. I will also be doing 1 warm up and 3 sets of 8-10 reps for all exercises.
Right now I go everyother day and do 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise. I do squats, then bench press, and finish with barbell bent rows. Soon ( about 3 more weeks) I'll start splitting body parts( legs one day, chest and bis, back and tris), but for now just getting used to moving weight...
