I got started with Body For Life by Bill Phillips in 2004. I was totally hooked and got the Tranformation Of The Week here on Bodybuilding.com. It was then that I was contacted by Tony from dreambodies.net and once signed up with him it was a whole new ball game. I am now on my way to competing in my first competion and it rocks!
Why I Love It:
It changed the shape of my body like nothing else I ever tried. Working out is not a chore for me. I look forward to it everyday and love the feeling I get from pushing myself. The constant changes in my body is rewarding. I just love how it makes me feel from the inside out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Not hard because I just love it so!

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I dislocated my left shoulder during behind the head presses with a barbell and yes I had a spotter :) It sucked!!!!!!! But I was very careful and back in the gym within a couple of weeks and kept everything light. 9 months later I can honestly say I have no pain or twinges or anything and am back to lifting what I was before the injury. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
oh I don't know, using too much weight because you couldn't remember what you did last time and then talking to your lifting partner at the same time...worked for me lol
