When I Started:
How I Started: When I saw my first bodybuilding magazine at 13.
Why I Love It: I was out for a while because of a neck injury. Now back in full swing and didn't realize how much I missed the gym. I love the feel of the weights. I have some serious re-training to do but I'm relying on "muscle memory" to get me back there and then beyond. I want to compete. Once I get back into some decent shape I will post pics.
How I Stay Motivated: The mirror. Other bodybuilders doing what they do. The NEED for muscle!

This pic was taken as I started with my new trainer. Goal is the CONTEST STAGE!  I am one month in my training. Starting to get back into cardiovascular shape. Losing fat. Muscles remembering. On my way!

Awesome! It's one of the best gyms I've used when I travel. I look forward to training there for a few days. My arrival is late on Thursday, 5 June with departure on Monday, 9 June. I expect to be there Friday morning training and pretty definitely Sunday. Not sure on if and/or when for Saturday, 7 June. When abouts do you train there?
