When I Started:
How I Started:
When I saw my first bodybuilding magazine at 13.
Why I Love It:
I was out for a while because of a neck injury. Now back in full swing and didn't realize how much I missed the gym. I love the feel of the weights. I have some serious re-training to do but I'm relying on "muscle memory" to get me back there and then beyond. I want to compete. Once I get back into some decent shape I will post pics.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror. Other bodybuilders doing what they do. The NEED for muscle!
Competition is a definite now. Growing and getting ready to get onstage!
Goal (Long):
The serious bodybuilding bug has hit me strong! I've seen the changes I can make to my physique with commitment and dedication. I love the changes and can't wait for more.
It's time to make the run for the comp stage. Watch me GROW SWOLE!
Paul is a great guy and mentor. I am learning form him how to do this bodybuilding thing right and how to be dedicated to make it all happen. No one works harder. It's my goal to catch up!
All the hard work is starting to pay off, I hit 212 a few days ago!!! Clothes are getting tight and almost all of my jeans are getting too tight to wear. I plan on doing two shows next year, Chattanooga and Murfreesboro. In the mean time my 24/7 goal is to get as big and strong as possible. I want to seperate myself from everyone and just be on another level. Training has been improving and I have been consistent and focused. Feeling good right now!
Hey big brother finally hjit 17 inch arms back on track again also doing flat benches without the cheat rack doing 200 pound benches for reps not bad for an old timer
