How I Started:
Athlete from the start. Gymnastics for 13 years. When to many injuries occured I switched to working out in gyms at age 18. Did that for 7 years, than switched to yoga, loved it. Now I want to get ripped and gain more weight/muscle.
Why I Love It:
I feel energetic, I have better posture, I feel strong and confident. I love having goals and something to look forward to. I love working out period...love it love it love it.
If you don't love, if its not in your heart, its not for you.

I've decided to make my suit myself. 1. Everyone seems to be booked till summer.
2. I've been a clothing designer for 14 years, think I can handle it. Though it is my very first bathing suit. Its another challenge for myself. These are the swatches so far. Love the first one, doesn't show...
Place in the top 5 at my first show...accomplished, now....relax.
Goal (Long):
Bulk up big time while trying to stay somewhat lean, my trainer is aiming for 120 pounds, that would be amazing!! Never got above 110 in my life. Bulking up will definitely get me the size I want to be when I cut down for my next competition. Whenever that is, maybe i should give myself another year to really change by body up....thighs and calves that touch when I stand straight, shoulders that pop, lean muscular arms, bigger lats! Oh yeah... After my May 24th show I will be switching over to focus more on fitness instead of figure. Watched the fitness round at the Arnold and fell in love! Figure...boring.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Sit in my car in the parking lot and listen to loud, crazy music for about 15 minutes. I don't listen to a mp3 player while working out, so I get it all in before.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Ugh, I hate it! Especially when the guy next to me is sayn " Oh..its burns, it burns!" Couldn't believe that. lol

thanks for your coment,i also look at yoiur picturs and you have a nice simetric body.also i see at your competicion picture, if you alow me one opinion,.... try to keep your eye in your focus on sholders exersize frontal.even for got it better i would do sholders day weth abs only!that means work hard sholders , ah, and oder think!,, you have a frend is spain ;), whish you the best for your happynest.sorry about me english is spanglish ;)
