hey i read your post on addicteds bodyspace..
geneticlly some people ar incapable of getting that third and fourth row....im not sure if thats you but great workouts are:
8 sets of 8 reps hanging leg raises and superseted with 4 sets of cable crunches, light weight to failure

hey.. i highly rcommend you use IDS WAXYMAIZE with your ids whey.. this product is amazing i am so much more vascular from using it i appear 20 times leaner.. its awesome
