How I Started:
Wanted to feel and look better. My friend recommended this site, and the first thing I saw here was Kris Gethin's 12-week transformation guide. Seeing his results, I knew I had to take a shot.
Why I Love It:
For two reasons; keeps me distracted from life problems and makes me feel better knowing that sweat will pay-off eventually.
How I Stay Motivated:
Training with my best friend. Lookin at the mirror occasionally :) Pictures of people on bodyspace are also great motivators!

it's going pretty good you? no i didn't get to see that but i did get to rent the recent PPV UFC fights for a present and they was was all good felt sorry for forrest though but he'll be back in no time take care train hard man

its going? Summer is pretty much over so I've dialed down a little. I'm not quite sure what my goal is yet. When I bulk up I feel fat and I cut weight I feel skinny...ha
