Background

When I Started: Jan 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I picked up a sports and games class in high school to fulfill my graduation requirements, and ended up using the weight room during that class. I loved it from the moment I started.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Every day, I'm motivated to work out. It makes me feel great, and there's nothing like the feeling from pulling a max deadlift or getting a PR.
