Time to get serious again! I am 16 weeks out from the OPA...official contest date is April 24th. This time around I want to come in as completely shredded as ever, while still keeping my feminine curves...and I will do it naturally, as always.
JANUARY: Weight training 6 days per week (pyramid). (THANKS Janthony). Cardio the cellulite away everyday this month.
