How I Started:
I was always fascinated by film of karate since my young age,And especially film of jeans Claude van damme I always wanted looks like him physically.And towards the age of my 18 old years I had the opportunity to buy my first bodybuilding magazine which called up flex.And I discovered for the first time the world of body-building so I decided to look like those guys because i've always been thin but and not enought self confident but because of a car accident all my progress was gone
i had to maek some surgery for my biceps tendon so i had to stop training during one year and half without knowing if i could ever carry weight again. I lost all the weight i gained and also all my self confidence
YES... I AM.. IM JUST A LITTLE SLOW TONITE.. I JUST FINISH TAKING A TEST AND IM ABOUT TO TYPE IT UP..SO BEAR WITH ME.. AT 9 PM I CALL IT A NITE AT CLASSES..VERY LONG DAY TODAY...LOL:)
i drink a few cups of coffee a day and it works fine for me. Just start it with 1 scoop a day and if it feels to strong cut it down to 1/2 a scoop. If its not strong enough go up .5 scoops until you get the adrenaline pump your looking for. For me Gaspari Nutrition products work the best, i would mix and match to see what works for you.
