How I Started:
I was always fascinated by film of karate since my young age,And especially film of jeans Claude van damme I always wanted looks like him physically.And towards the age of my 18 old years I had the opportunity to buy my first bodybuilding magazine which called up flex.And I discovered for the first time the world of body-building so I decided to look like those guys because i've always been thin but and not enought self confident but because of a car accident all my progress was gone
i had to maek some surgery for my biceps tendon so i had to stop training during one year and half without knowing if i could ever carry weight again. I lost all the weight i gained and also all my self confidence

THAT WOULD BE NICE..BUT IM OKAY... IM GETTING STRONGER EACH DAY... IM JUST SORE LOTS OF TRAINING.. DID ARMS YESTERDAY AND IM FEELING THEM.. TDAY I DID CARDIO AND LEGS.. TOMORROW IS A BIG DAY..DOING CARDIO,ABS, BACK AND CHEST..GONNA HIT IT HARD BEFORE XMAS THE GYM IS CLOSE ON XMAS..HOW ARE YOU DOING???LOL:)
YES SWEETIE..IM ON FOR A COUPLE OF MINS THEN I HEAD OUT TO THE GYM..GOT A LONG DAY TDAY..DOING 2HRS.. FIRST HR LEGS AND ABS..2ND HR SPIN CLASSES MOUNTAIN CLIMBING, SPRINTS AND INTERVAL ON THE BIKE..HOW ARE YOU TDAY :) LOL
