Always liked since I was a kid, never being serious about it till last year when I started on May after being sick for more than a year.
Why I Love It:
After being a skinny guy all my life, it gives me self esteem that I never had.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of my every day efforts at the gym and in my personal life.

My best accomplishment is to start over at 42 years old after being sick, I started to workout at the end of May 2008 and looking forward to get into a contest next year.

Well you look pretty jacked, symetrical too. Unless you're wanting to compete in a heavier, I'd say you're pretty good to go! It's nice to see another IT guy that into bodybuilding. Most aren't usually, haha. I'm hoping to get in good enough shape for 2011.
I personally don't see where you need a whole of of improvement physique-wise. No flattery, just being honest. Maybe pack on a little size? That's about it. Hppy New Year. We are both going to kick major ass in 2010!

THANKS..I JUST HAD SURGERY LAST NITE..IT WENT GREAT AND NOW COMES THE TIME TO HEAL.SO ILL BE OUT 4WKS FROM TRAINING..BUT NEXT WEEK I TAKE UP TRAIL WALK AND CONTINUE TO EAT CLEAN..ILL BE BACK IN FULL FORCE SOON..I HAD NOT ONE CUT ON MY STOMACH..IT WAS DONE THRU MY BELLY SO THAT WAS VERY NICE.. re split, how many times do you train a week and which muscles to you pair together. You look at least 180lbs and looks like you have strong training and diet systems in place. Have a great new years eve!
