Always liked since I was a kid, never being serious about it till last year when I started on May after being sick for more than a year.
Why I Love It:
After being a skinny guy all my life, it gives me self esteem that I never had.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of my every day efforts at the gym and in my personal life.

Not yet but working on that.
My best accomplishment is to start over at 42 years old after being sick, I started to workout at the end of May 2008 and looking forward to get into a contest next year.

Saturday morning I was taking my breakfast on the deck where we have a nice garden table surrounded by flowers, was like 9 in the morning and was already warm enough to be shirtless, after six months of cold weather always is great to be outside and feel the sun over your pale skin...

Good morning George! Hope things are good with you. Just dropped by to say hi. I now jog at speed of 5.0 up from 4.6. Last night for 20 min then I had great workout with weights & lunges. Take care & stay in touch :) Michelle
hahaha..thanks...give competing a go...its one hell of a ride...haha hell i competed last year n lookd ****...got hungry to win and ended up with a Natural Olympia qualification 12 months later...point is you never know tilll you try
Ya, now if I could cut that extra fat off my stomach that just keeps hanging around, I would be closer to looking like you. Im having a tough time doing it. Any suggestions?

I took that photo 3 ago and I'm going to have to put some a new one despite my eating ;-] But I'm heading back to the States for some more holiday eating but some hard training and a lot of relaxation. Come January it's time to prep for beach season early.
