Always liked since I was a kid, never being serious about it till last year when I started on May after being sick for more than a year.
Why I Love It:
After being a skinny guy all my life, it gives me self esteem that I never had.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of my every day efforts at the gym and in my personal life.

Not yet but working on that.
My best accomplishment is to start over at 42 years old after being sick, I started to workout at the end of May 2008 and looking forward to get into a contest next year.

Being young does not mean being immature, his person has a lot to offer. I admire him because he helps his family 100%, he does not give up. His physical development is awesome, very inspiring and motivational.
Saturday morning I was taking my breakfast on the deck where we have a nice garden table surrounded by flowers, was like 9 in the morning and was already warm enough to be shirtless, after six months of cold weather always is great to be outside and feel the sun over your pale skin...
BUT THAT'S WHAT MAKES YOU MORE DEFINE.. THE FACT THAT YOU PUT EVERYTHING INTO YOUR WORKOUTS! ITS WORTH IT... IM ON MY WAY OUT TO WORK THIS MORNING..JUST 3HRS ONLY THEN AFTERWARDS TRAINING.. HAVE A GREAT SAT..KEEP ME POSTED..LOL:)
Well all of you looks good but i dont want it to go to your head now!!! Its not cold here yet. The nights are still warm. The jammies can stay in the closet for now :)

Hey man theres still time. It took my friends 5 years to get me on stage. I lift cause I have a love for it not because I like being oiled up in a banana hammock. Sometimes people forget why there in the gym. Even if I never do another show Ill still keep lifting cause that my playtime.
Thats about all we can do man is keep trying and pushing and eating like theres no tomorrow. You'll get there. If theres one thing Ive learned its that bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint.
