Reason: I needed additional energy and was looking for a product that producted a powerful "pump" while exercising. This product is simple to take and I have had no gastro-intestinal distress as a result. Thumbs up!

Reason: Mixes easily, high dosage protein, easily digested, zero carbs and best of all is decent tasting.
