How I Started:
I was at 30% bodyfat, and I felt crappy about myself and decided enough was enough.
Why I Love It:
Why not love bodybuilding? You see yourself grow and you see other guys jealous of you. You get girls, too.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look back at what I was and look on to what I want to be. I know that my body is testing me, and I always have to push my limits. I take no breaks. One break means that another person just got the opportunity to become better than you.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 20% bodyfat, now starting Left Linebacker on the Freshman team.

First day, 150 lbs, 5'2", 20% bf Bulking phase, 145 lbs
The first shameful day of working out, way out of shape back then
While I am eating clean, I'm not too particularly worried about staying trim right now, I'm trying to bulk like an animal right now, no supplements, getting prepared for football. I'll start cutting in the few weeks that approach football camp in June.
