Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Take weight off but keep my size. I was up to 294. I am now at 260 and have leveled off. my next goal is 15lbs off.
Goal (Long): Take some weight off so I can be healthy. Started cardio and also eating better so I can take the weight off.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 40 lb

Bicep from arm wreastling. I don't know how and I hurt myself.

Hey There! Actually, when the ACL injury occured, I felt "something" uncomfortable, but I still could walk. Couple hours later I could NOT walk or even crawl (literally). My dr. saw it the next a.m. and KNEW something was WRONG. MRI confirmed the severity of the damage. btw - I took these pool pix 2 wks after injury- BEFORE surgery. *smile*
