Hey, good to hear from you! The work outs arnt what they need to be, so I am trying to fix that. It is hard to get motivated w/out a work out buddy. I guess that will be one of my new goals. Hope all is well with you:)

Hey There! Actually, when the ACL injury occured, I felt "something" uncomfortable, but I still could walk. Couple hours later I could NOT walk or even crawl (literally). My dr. saw it the next a.m. and KNEW something was WRONG. MRI confirmed the severity of the damage. btw - I took these pool pix 2 wks after injury- BEFORE surgery. *smile*
