I was a runner in High School. After graduation I went in to the military and started lifting . I have lifted ever since.
Why I Love It:
Its the best stress relief around. trying to go heavy makes you feel great.

Hey There! Actually, when the ACL injury occured, I felt "something" uncomfortable, but I still could walk. Couple hours later I could NOT walk or even crawl (literally). My dr. saw it the next a.m. and KNEW something was WRONG. MRI confirmed the severity of the damage. btw - I took these pool pix 2 wks after injury- BEFORE surgery. *smile*
