How I Started:
Started working out at age 21 to add size and increase strength and general fitness.
Why I Love It:
Besides health benefits, I get sense of accomplishment, well-being, and self-confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results and focusing on future goals. Seeing results from other older successful bodybuilders. Getting positive comments.
BB Accomplishments:
In first year of competition at 57, 1 first place and several seconds in my age group, second place in novice, and multiple top 5 finishes in open (ht or wt class).

Goal (Long):
I want to add as much muscle mass as possible while maintaining and improving definition. I have learned that with added definition, muscles appear bigger. And a healthy, natural, impressive physique is the goal.
