I want to add as much muscle mass as possible while maintaining and improving definition. I have learned that with added definition, muscles appear bigger. And a healthy, natural, impressive physique is the goal. Longer term goal is to place in top 5 at Masters Nationals once I turn 60.

Steve - I just came across your profile today - and let me tell you it (you) are awesome! I turn 48 in a few weeks and am now totally excited for my 58th! You rock dude!
I dropped by to say what a great role model and example you are, not only to men of your age group but also to men of all age groups. You not only talk the talk but also definitely walk the walk and I congratulate you on your efforts. Continue to challenge yourself to be the best that you can be during each and every workout and believe in your own inner strength.
You are proof that nothing happens until you make it happen.
Hi don't know if you know we won worlds again.Joe and I each broke world records and the team took 1st for the 3rd year in a row. Things have been great in Montana time and the gym has been good to me and Joey. Joey is prepairing for his first MMA fight on 30 Jan in Lewistown MT. Keep your fingers crossed for him. He has an NPC show in April.
Hey Steve! Just stopping by to say hey. Your bicep peak is absolutely amazing. Seeing you makes me excited about my future with bodybuilding. When we stay consistent, we can keep our physiques well beyond the age that most people start falling apart. Awesome job, my friend!
As one of my inspirations I wanted to wish you and your family a happy and healthy Thanksgiving. And thanks for showing all of us what is possible with hard work and determination.
Hey, man.
Wow! Insane biceps, man. I am beyond impressed. And this is your fist year competing? You've obviously got some genetics for it. Good work.
I need guys like you posting to make me get off my fat butt and amp up the intensity; I appreciate it.
Keep up the hard work!

The progress pic series was in response to the Muscle-Tech contest at the beginning of the year, and then I had a comp in April. My most recent pics are in my Gallery--a goal I set to be in shape for my 62nd bd.
